I have been an Acura West client for 10 years. I’m driving my 3rd Acura and loving it! The sales and service teams have gone the extra mile repeatedly to ensure the best customer experience.
The Acura vehicles are well designed and built to last.

I had Steph Squires, Sales Representative who was great starting from taking online appointment , drive test, purchase until delivery day. She went through all details very honestly and super professional with no pressure that made our experience exceptional with Acura. Business manager and service department were great. I really recommend Steph.
Drew was great to work with. We appreciated his efforts in showing us around new and used options. He communicated well, was friendly, organized, not pushy in any capacity, and listened to our needs- great customer service!

It has been truly a pleasure working with Acura West. You can really feel that they pride themselves on their honesty and integrity. I leased my last vehicle from ToyotaTown and the contrast was really quite dramatic. One of the things that really irked me every time I visited Toyota was that I would be subtly pressured to make a decision asap (low stock, limited time offers, getting your name on the waitlist, etc.). They would also sell themselves by sharing horror stories about other dealerships/locations. On the other hand, I felt like the people at Acura West let the quality of their work speak for themselves.
I was not only given all of the time in the world, but also all of the information I needed to make an educated decision (with no hard sell or strings attached!). Paul and Dylan were incredibly patient with answering all of my questions across my multiple visits. I had, of course, done a lot of research before coming in, but I would trust them to take care of any of my friends who didn’t care to do that research and decided to walk in instead.
I was also able to get my Acura RDX 2022 Tech almost a month ahead of time - total wait time was a grand total of two weeks! I was really dreading the pandemic-driven several months’ wait, but it looks like Acura West’s stock is quite reliable (and they will happily walk you through their whole process as well). Thank you Paul, Dylan, Debbie and Brynn for this wonderful experience!
Edit 2 years later: I just wanted to add to my 5-star review after 2 years of going to Acura for my car services and say that the auto service & parts department is phenomenal as well! It’s easy to book appointments, all the prices are right there so you know what you expect, and the shuttle service is very convenient. Thank you especially to Peter, who always takes the time and effort to explain things. I will be moving soon, and I’m actually sad to lose out on the convenience of this location!
