I just had the opportunity to take my father-in_laws Acura in for it's scheduled maintenance. The vehicle had been in a garage for the past couple of months so it also needed a good detailing. The service staff (Daniel) at Acura were very polite and also took the vehicle over to Buffers for detailing after the maintenance was completed. All around the experience was very well managed by the Acura service team. Many thanks for all your support.

Great experience with the service department. During a recent servicing of my TLX, a mistake was made which caused a leak. Service department took full responsibility, and even explained why it may have happened. I was given a loaner the same day, and when parts were on back-order, I was kept updated and remained in the loaner. Communication, transparency, and accountability was all top-notch. Special thanks to Daniel, Jeff, and Sean for all the help.

Went into Acura west for a service appointment and to pick up some parts. Jeff Debus in service was very friendly and professional. I spoke with Thanh Tran in parts for a couple parts for my vehicle and he was very knowledgeable and prompt to get the parts I needed. Thank you so much for the fast an friendly service!
