As the years mount, so do the number of cars you buy. I've bought many a car, but Drew made this purchase (along with Debbie) a seamless transaction.
From first steps into this dealership to leaving with new vehicle, the entire staff, not limited to but including sales and service department were all professional, considerate and polite. The place is clean and comfortable and we have nothing but good to say of this interaction. Nobody wants to return to a dealership, but when we need, I have a feeling it'll be just as positive as buying the car.

We love our 2019 RDX and have taken it for all of the service required to Acura West. The team is always customer focused and repairs and maintenance are done professionally. Recently we required the assistance of Sean Brown (Service manager) to help us work with Acura Canada for an extended warranty repair.
Sean went above and beyond to help us. Jeff and Daniel were also amazing, ensuring that we had a loaner vehicle while repairs were completed. Nice to have a team that still believes in customer service. Thanks !!
Amazing sales and service. Paul, Drew, Debbie, Jeff, Sean, Thanh. Everyone from the start to finish is amazing. They truly care about their clients and always ensure you are happy when you leave. I have been a customer of Acura West for over 30 years and genuinely feel like we are part of a family. My son is now a new client with his new Integra. I only see the great staff at Acura West for my cars.
